My son Johnathan is the youngest of my six children. He just had his 21st birthday. These are the photos I
posted on Facebook to celebrate.
(And to embarrass him a tiny bit like a good mom should.)
When Johnathan was six years old and I was forty-four. We were both so young back then.
When Johnathan graduated from middle-school, he was little for his age and still
thought his mom was a rock star.
Johnathan grew much bigger by his senior year of high school. Here he is playing
football at the Homecoming game. I was thinking HE was a rock star.
When Johnathan graduated from high school, he was on the honor roll. Go class of 2017
Valdez, Alaska!
Johnathan met us in December in Los Angeles. This was the night before he got food
poisoning. He was so miserable and missed out on Disneyland. A sad memory, but he is fine now.
When I went to Utah to babysit my son Mark's four little kids under the age of six for an entire
week, Johnathan came down from BYU-I to help me. We were so happy on Sunday because Mark was back home and
we were done babysitting.
