**You must fill out a separate form for each vehicle you wish to reserve. An additional 50$ deposit is required to reserve EACH vehicle. Your credit card will be charged $50 and goes towards your rental fee. To cancel your reservation and receive a refund on your deposit, send an email to scoots2rent@gmail.com within 24 hours of submitting this form, stating that you wish to cancel your reservation.
